PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOLS
FOR LIVE EVENTS

ONTARIO

 

All patrons/attendees must submit to:

 

  • ​Forehead temperature check at the venue 

  • Verbal screening


Proof of Vaccination
 

  • All patrons/attendees aged 12 and older to provide paper or digital copy of your proof of vaccinations (both are required)
     

  • All patrons must present government-issued identification with your name and date of birth, matching what's on the proof-of-vaccination documents. It does not have to be photo ID.
     

  OR
 

To be exempt from Ontario's vaccination requirements, anyone aged 12 and up must provide a written document from a physician or a nurse practitioner on official letterhead stating that there is a medical reason for the exemption.

MASKS ARE TO BE WORN INDOORS AT ALL TIMES

ALBERTA

All patrons/attendees aged 12 and over to provide one or more of the following:
 

  • proof of vaccination

  • proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test result taken within 72  hours of service, or documentation of a medical exemption

 

All patrons/attendees must submit to:

  • Verbal screening
